Workshop at Izmir University of Economics, Turkey

(Invited by Professor Zuhal Ulusoy)

>> In this five day workshop, twenty students — many of which did not speak English — folded “aydinger” paper into developable surfaces to create complex aggregating forms. Patterns were laser cut and assembled by hand, then displayed as a glowing tunnel. For many, this was their first introduction to digital production and the results exceeded expectations.
